Delete your account (English summary)

You can delete your Sahrajan (سهرجان) account and all associated data at any time, directly inside the app. Sahrajan is the app; حروف زمان and بنك التحدي are games inside it.

In-app: Open Sahrajan → the «حسابي» (Account) tab → tap «تفاصيل الحساب» (Account details) → tap «احذف الحساب» (Delete account) → confirm (you may be asked to re-enter your password). Deletion is immediate.

What is deleted

• Your profile: display name, email address, account photo (if any), and sign-in method.
• Your votes in «اقتراحات» (Suggestions) that are tied to your account.
• Your Firebase Authentication account and user identifier.
• Account creation and last-seen timestamps.

What may be retained, and why

• Question reports: if you flagged a حروف زمان question, we keep the question text, report category, and timestamp to improve the question bank. These reports are fully anonymous — they contain no name, email, or identifier of any kind.
• Ideas sent from «اقتراحات»: we keep the idea's type, title, details, and timestamp. They are fully anonymous too — no name, email, or identifier — so they cannot be linked to your account.
• Aggregate analytics and crash diagnostics: not tied to your identity; retained per Firebase's default retention periods.
• Guest votes: votes you cast in «اقتراحات» as a guest, before signing in, stay tied to a former anonymous identifier that is no longer reachable, so deleting the account does not remove them and they cannot be taken back. They carry no name, email, or contact detail, and cannot be linked to you.
• Game server logs: your in-game name may appear in the game server's technical logs, which the hosting provider (Railway) keeps for a limited time; deleting the account does not erase them.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Timeline

Your profile, the votes tied to your account, and your authentication account are deleted immediately on request. Copies may remain in the processor's (Google Firebase) backup systems for a limited time before they are erased under its data-deletion policies.

No account?

If you joined a room as a guest without signing in, there is no account to delete — we store no profile for you. Your in-game name is kept on your device and is removed from it when you delete the app; the name shown in a room is used to run that room and is erased from the game server automatically when the room ends, and it may appear in the game server's technical logs, which the hosting provider keeps for a limited time. If you voted in «اقتراحات», your votes are tied to your anonymous identifier, and you can take a vote back by tapping it again while you keep the same identifier. If the identifier changes (by signing in or out, or by reinstalling the app), the earlier one can no longer be reached, so the vote stays counted and cannot be taken back. These votes carry no name, email, or contact detail, and cannot be linked to you. We keep guest anonymous identifiers until we delete them; there is no automatic deletion today, and you can ask us to delete your anonymous identifier by emailing the support address.
